2. Bid closing Date and Time
   - August 25, 2014, 14:00 Korea Local Time. 

3. Estimated project budget
   - USD 83,277.00

4. Bid Bond
   - The establishment of a bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the contract value is required.

5. Bid Currency : USD

6. Submission of Bids :
   - The bid can only be processed by visiting to Procurement Team of KARI.
   - However, in the case of bidders residing outside Korea, the submission of bids by express courier are allowed but the submission of bids should be done by the bid closing date and time in Korean local time.

7. SHIPMENT and INSTALLATION
   - within November 30, 2014

8. Incoterms : CIP Incheon International Airport

9. PAYMENT(by telegraphic transfer)
   - The whole Contract amount shall be made after final acceptance by KARI.
   - T/T Net 30 dyas.

10. INSPECTION : Manufacturer's inspection certification

11. WARRANTY :
   < BOND >
   1)Required
     - The establishment of a Warranty Bond, in the amount of 10% of the contract value is required and issued within 21 days from the effective date of Contract.
   < PERIOD >
   The warranty shall remain valid for more than 12 months from the date of final acceptacne at Buyer's site.
