- Bid Summary -

<Notice No. KARI-12-50>

Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), a Korean government-funded institution, seeks qualified 
Bidders who can provide Flight Procedure Design Tool.

The following is an outline of the RFP requirements, so potential Bidders are requested to carefully 
review   the   RFP   documents   and   to   submit   their   Proposals   in   accordance   with   the   guidelines   and 
requirements as contained in the RFP.

1. Item

- Flight Procedure Design Tool

2. Qualification of Bidders

- Any agents or designees who will submit the proposal should have the power of attorney issued by 

bidders.

- Bidder shall have enough experience of manufacturing or selling its own kind of Flight Procedure 

Design Tool at least once in public commercial domain.

3. Delivery Term : within June 30, 2012
   
4. Bid Closing Date
   - April 16, 2012, 14:00 in Korean Local Time.

 - The Proposal shall be hand-carried to KARI. In case of the bidder who resides outside of Korea, the  

submission of proposal by express courier is permitted. The submission of proposal should be done 
by the time of bid closing in Korean local time.

5. Bid Bond
   - At least five (5) percent of the total bidding price.

6. Distribution of RFP Documents
   - At the beginning of presentation of RFP will be on April 16, 2012 in Korean local time.

7. Submittal of Proposal

-   Proposal   shall   be   submitted   to   the   address   stated   below   in   a   manner   as   specified   in   the   RFP  

documents.

8. Evaluation of Proposal

- Please refer to the Evaluation of Proposal of the RFP.
