기본  방침

○ 과학기술위성  1,  2호를  통해  축적된  기술을  기반으로 

소형위성 본체, 우주/지구 과학 실험용 탑재체 개발

○  연구기관,  대학  등의  차별화된  핵심요소기술을  공모를 

통하여 핵심우주기반기술로 개발

○ 우주기초연구를  바탕으로  실용위성기술로  연계할  수 

있도록 위성기술 활용도 강화
