RF Spectrum Analyzer

Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), a Korean government-funded institution, seeks qualified Bidders who can provide RF Spectrum Analyzer. The following is an outline of the RFP requirements, so potential Bidders are requested to carefully review the RFP documents and to submit their Proposals in accordance with the guidelines and requirements as contained in the RFP.

 

 

 

 

 

1. Item
   - RF Spectrum Analyzer
    ☞ For further details, please refer to the specification requirement attached.

2. Bid closing Date and time
   - December 21, 2010, 14:00 Korean Local Time. 

3. Estimated project budget
   - USD 65,400.00

4. Bid Bond
   - The establishment of a bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the contract value is required.

5. Bid Currency : USD

6. Submission of Bids :
   - The bid can only be processed by visiting to international cotnract department of KARI.
   - However, in the case of bidders residing outside Korea, the submission of bids by express mail are allowed but the submission of bids should be done by the deadline.

7. SHIPMENT and INSTALLATION
   - within 4 months after the contract date.

8. DELIVERY TERMS : FCA(or FOB)

9. PAYMENT(by telegraphic transfer)
   - The contract amount shall be made against the presentation of Suppliers disbursement claim accompanied by Final Acceptance Letter issued by KARI.
   - Net 30 dyas.

10. INSPECTION : Manufacturer

11. WARRANTY :
   < BOND >
   1)Required
     - The establishment of a Warranty Bond, in the amount of 10% of the contract value is required.
   < PERIOD >
   The warranty shall remain valid for 37 months after the successful installation and test-run.

   - Available at KARI’s homepage() from December 03, 2010, 16:00 Korean Local Time.
