○ Important Note 

- If manufacturer would like to suggest another cross section configuration and dimension 

instead  of  the  cross  section  designated  in  the  attached  drawing,  the  manufacturer 

should notify and discuss it with KARI before bidding closing day. It can affect the final 

machining process of procured ring frame.   

-  There  must  be  no  problem  during  machining  the  frames  due  to  inappropriate  stress 

relief process of ring frame manufacturing. 

- If there happens a problem during machining, all rigs will be rejected. 

 

○ Manufacturing Process: Rolled rough machined including residual stress relief 

○ Inspection: EN 10201 3.1 

○ Delivery Date: Within October 31, 2018 

○ Requirement: Direct Contract with Manufacturer required.

- Include Ultrasonic inspection sheet (Class A) 

- Including a Dummy Material for the tensile stress test
