Description
1. General
- The bidder shal be the vendor or manufacturer registered in
ESCC Qualified Part List (QPL).
- Etched foil polyimide heater
- Resistive layer: flexible nickel/chromium/iron al oy
- Operating temperature: maximum 175 degC

3. Lead Wires
- Al the items wil have exit type as fol ows:
- Leads exit central y from width (W) side.
- Leads wil be ESA 3901/001-25 AWG 24 or ESA 3901/001-24
AWG26 straight.
- Al the items wil NOT have the Y966 adhesive.
- Resistance tolerance to be +/-5%.
4. Engineering model heaters shal be tested referring to EN60335-1
specification for electrical tests.
5. End item data package shal be delivered including Certificatoi n
of Conformance (COC) and applicable test data of the
manufacturer.
