3. Estimated project budget
   - USD 5,900.00

4. Bid Bond
   - The establishment of a bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the contract value is required.

5. Bid Currency : USD

6. Submission of Bids : 
   - The bid can only be processed by visiting to Procurement Team of KARI.
   - However, in the case of bidders residing outside Korea, the submission of bids by express courier are allowed but the submission of bids should be done by the deadline.

7. SHIPMENT and INSTALLATION 
   - within 2 months after signing the Contract

9. PAYMENT(by telegraphic transfer)
   - The whole Contract amount shall be made against the presentation of Supplier's disbursement claim accompanied by Final Acceptance Letter issued by KARI.
   - T/T Net 30 dyas.

10. INSPECTION : Manufacturer

11. WARRANTY :
   < BOND >
   1)Required 
     - The establishment of a Warranty Bond, in the amount of 10% of the contract value is required.
   < PERIOD >
   The warranty shall remain valid for 37 months after the successful installation and test-run.

12. Distribution of RFP Documents
   - Available at KARIĄŻs homepage(http://www.kari.re.kr) from November 22, 2011, 18:00 Korean Local Time.
